Jury Master

The attached Juror Lists are intended to help you manage jurors during the VoirDire process.

 The Alpha Juror List is a listing of jurors in alphabetic order.

The Struck Juror List presents the jurors in random order by their Struck Juror Number. This number was randomly assigned to each juror when he or she was assigned to this case.

Please mark the appropriate column on the Alpha List for each juror and return the form to the Jury Administrator in the Clerk=s Office.

The Column Code Definitions are shown below:

 PLT(1) - Excused by Plaintiff

DEF(2) - Excused by Defendant

CSE(3) - Excused for Cause

NR (4) - Juror Not Reached

SWN(5) - Sworn as Juror

ALT(6) - Sworn as Alternate
